Pony Pinata
Cancelation and Refund Policy

If you cancel a pinata order after we’ve already started making it, we can’t accept the cancellation and the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel within 7 days of your event, you will be charged 50% of the total rental cost.

Last-minute cancellations because of bad weather will result in a charge of 50% of the rental cost, or you can choose to reschedule.

If the event is canceled due to weather on the day of the event, please call us to let us know if you'd like to reschedule or get a refund. Booking fees are not refundable.

If you don't show up or fail to call us within 24 hours, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 7 days before the original event date, but there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.

Once our delivery team arrives at your event to set up, no refunds will be given.
