Introduction

Welcome to Novelty Fiesta! We are a fun party place that has all kinds of pinatas and craft things to make your party awesome. We rent out different items and can also help you get the perfect pinata or craft supplies for your event. These rules ("Terms") explain how we work together with you ("Customer", "you") when you rent from us. Please take a moment to read them before using our services.

Booking & Payment

When you book, you need to pay a booking fee of 50% of the total cost. This fee is not refundable and helps hold your spot for the items you want.
If you book less than two weeks before you need the craft items (like pinatas or photo booths), a rush fee will apply.
You can pay using PayPal or in cash.
Once you book, we save your items for the date(s) you chose, so no one else can rent them. If you made a mistake, please let us know right away.
To reserve rental items, you must pay a deposit. Without it, we can't guarantee the items will be available.
The remaining balance for the rental is due on the day of the event.
If you don’t pay the full amount by the event day, your booking will be canceled.
If you are ordering a custom pinata, please send us reference photos through email or Instagram.
Please remember, when you book a pinata, it’s just for the date you want it made, not the event date.

Please note that delivery Fees are refundable for pinatas only if you chose the option of collection.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

If you cancel a pinata order after we’ve already started making it, we can’t accept the cancellation, and the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel within 7 days of your event, you will be charged 50% of the total rental cost.
Last-minute cancellations because of bad weather will result in a charge of 50% of the rental cost, or you can choose to reschedule.
If the event is canceled due to weather on the day of the event, please call us to let us know if you'd like to reschedule or get a refund. Booking fees are not refundable.
If you don't show up or fail to call us within 24 hours, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 7 days before the original event date, but there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.
Once our delivery team arrives at your event to set up, no refunds will be given.

Weather Policy

Novelty Fiesta has the right to cancel reservations if there are severe weather conditions.

If the weather is bad, we will try our best to reschedule your event for another date. If we can’t reschedule, we will discuss the next steps with you.
If the event is canceled because of weather before delivery, you can reschedule within 7 days. However, canceling completely will mean you lose the booking fee.
Even if it’s lightly raining, please keep laser tag blasters out of use.
Customers are responsible for protecting any electronic equipment from rain.
Once delivery and setup have begun, full payment is required, and no refunds will be given.
No refunds will be given after the item is dropped off, even if it starts to rain later during the event.

Change Of Date

Novelty Fiesta can help you change your event date if we have availability. It’s important that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
You can change your event date up to 7 days before the original date for a $50 fee.
If you need to change the date within 7 days of the original event, the cancellation policy will apply.

Rental/Hire Period

Delivery starts at 8:30am, or we can arrange an evening delivery the day before for early events, for a small additional fee.
The rental period starts when the equipment is picked up and ends when it is returned. If the equipment isn’t returned on time, there will be an extra charge.
The customer is responsible for the equipment throughout the entire rental period.
Late returns or pick-ups for other items will result in extra fees.
The delivery and pick-up times in your booking reflect the rental duration; any extensions will be charged extra.

Booking Pinata Process

Customers can choose the size and type of pinata they want and complete their booking afterward.
If you're ordering a custom-made pinata, please send reference images to our email or Instagram, and don’t forget to mention your name.
If you're picking up the pinata after it’s made, your delivery fee will be refunded.
Please remember that all pinatas require a 2-week notice, so collections will be available 2 weeks after the day you place your order. If you need the pinata sooner, a rush fee will apply for bookings with less than 2 weeks' notice.

Company’s Responsibility

Novelty Fiesta is dedicated to delivering and setting up your equipment on time and professionally, ensuring that everything is clean, safe, and of high quality.
We will provide all equipment in good working condition.
All necessary safety equipment will be included with the rental.
Novelty Fiesta is here to answer any questions you may have about the equipment or anything else.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service.
We will ensure that all equipment, pinatas, and crafts are of the highest quality and meet your satisfaction.

Customers Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using all rented items properly and avoiding misuse or exposure to harmful conditions or substances.

Use of Equipment and Safety:

The customer is fully responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period.
The customer must ensure the event venue has enough space and the right facilities for the rented items.
The customer must provide a flat, dry, and clear area for the setup of the equipment.
The customer is responsible for supplying a power source for the equipment.
The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions given by Novelty Fiesta and make sure all participants use the equipment safely and responsibly.
It is the customer's responsibility to create a safe environment for the fog machine and other equipment, including ensuring adequate adult supervision at all times.
Novelty Fiesta is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions by the customer or participants.
The customer agrees to cover any costs for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or intentional actions.

Laser Tag

Persons are not allowed to use laser tag blasters in the rain or near any bodies of water.
Persons are not allowed to throw or hit the blasters against anything or anyone.
All rentals must be monitored under the supervision of someone over the age of 18.
Laser Tag Blasters are not allowed to be held or utilized by persons under the ages of 10 under no circumstance.
Persons hiring the equipment are required to create a safe applicable space for said equipment.
Persons are not allowed to use equipment and eat or drink.
No party-poppers, henna, face paint, colored streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you will be held liable.
No water or other liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment.
There is to be no smoking, barbecues, glass or animals inside, on or near the equipment.

Crafts

1. Payment is to be rendered before the start of any projects (Pinata, photobooths, any and all crafts).

2. All crafts (pinatas,photo booths, etc.) Until the last payment for them is completed does not belong to the customer.

3. After a payment is rendered and a craft is started that deposit is nonrefundable.

4. In the effect of all crafts being completed, once the craft has been given to the consumer it is now their responsibility for any damages/results of the product.

5.All products/services will have an initial deposit and a final deposit that must be given on the day of collection or the day of the rental.

Rentals

6. Persons are not allowed to use laser tag blasters in the rain or near any bodies of water.

7. Persons are not allowed to throw or hit the blasters against anything or anyone.

8. All rentals must be monitored under the supervision of someone over the age of 18.

9. Laser Tag Blasters are not allowed to be held or utilized by persons under the ages of 10 under no circumstance.

10. Persons hiring the equipment are required to create a safe applicable space for said equipment.

11. Persons are not allowed to use equipment and eat or drink.

12. Persons are not allowed to bring consumables into rentals (Photo Booths).

13. Persons are required to take off all shoes when entering photo booths. Persons are not allowed entry if wet.

14. Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the number of people depending on the age and size of the children.

15. Ensure that no more than 3-4 children are inside the photo booth.

16. Persons are not allowed entry if equipped with any blunt or sharp objects.

17. No party-poppers, henna, face paint, colored streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you will be held liable.

18. No water or other liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment.

19. There is to be no smoking, barbecues, glass or animals inside, on or near the equipment.

20. There is to be NO jumping or attempt at climbing of Photo Booths/equipment.

21. It is advised to keep persons with asthma or any breathing problems from the center of the fog.

22. When fog machine is in use it is advised to have open windows and doors for fog to clear. (Precaution)

23. When in use ensure the Fog machine is not heavily crowded.

24. It is required to have a 110v plug for when hiring the fog machine.

25. Persons are not allowed to try operating the fog machine themselves, leave it to the operator.

26. There is to be no throwing of water or any other liquids anywhere near the fog machine.

27. You must call us immediately upon any equipment failure. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us immediately.

Damage Policy

28. In the result of any damage to rentals customers will be charged accordingly.

29. Persons are encouraged to take videos before and after use of laser tag blasters, photo booths and other rentals before and after service.

30. If people create or encourage an environment where the safety of rentals are threatened by some sort of damage, the person who rented the item is liable for All damages.

Our Liability

1. Novelty Fiesta is not responsible for any indirect damages or loss of enjoyment caused by equipment failure or unavailability.

2. Novelty Fiesta is not liable for any indirect losses or damages related to or resulting from the rental of equipment and services.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to protect and hold the Company harmless from any claims, injuries, property damage, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from the rental, booking, or use of the Company’s equipment.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Barbados. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be handled exclusively by the courts of Barbados.
